"I’ve had the privilege of being under Liz Larsen’s care for years, and I can’t recommend her and her team enough. Liz and her staff are always kind, efficient, and attentive to all of my concerns. They’re incredibly responsive whenever I reach out between appointments, which gives me great peace of mind. I’ve never had a bad experience with them, and I wholeheartedly recommend anyone looking for a provider to give them a try."

I don't know the reason for the disconnect, but since switching insurance providers and coming to Revere instead of the IHC buildings across the street, I have been impressed. Because it has been a medically busy couple of weeks (illness, urgent care visit, annual physical, follow ups), I have now seen three different practitioners here. In every case, they talked to me more in one visit about symptoms, pros, cons, and possibilities than the IHC folks would have talked to me in the course of a full year. I'm not used to being listened to, having questions answered, and feeling like the practitioner is actually interested in my outcome, so this is new to me. I know some folks in reviews have had concerns about wait times. Mea culpa, that was probably me, or someone like me, talking to a practitioner and actually having our questions answered. I'm willing to wait a bit for that. I also saw some complaints about billing, but so far my copays have been very easy to manage. I pay them online, turn up, go right in, and that's pretty much the end of things. For those who are concerned about "not an MD," I have a Ph.D. but it doesn't mean I'm smart or have skills. The proof is in the pudding. I've met my share of MDs who I think were trained on the Physician's Desk Reference and a software protocol system, but who don't have all that much science reasoning and appear to have barely squeaked through in biochem. MD isn't all that—do you help people to become and stay healthy—that's the name of the game. If things take a turn for the worse, I'll come back and amend my review negatively, but so far, so good. I'm much happier with this clinic than I was across the street with IHC, and my health has taken strides in just a couple of weeks due to medication changes that these practitioners were receptive to discussing. So at this time, five stars from me—I'd be happy to have any of the three I've seen as my primary.

I couldn't be happier with Dr Fagan and his dermatology staff at Revere Health. Excellent service for my Squamous Cell carcinoma and for the elderly wheelchair bound friend I referred to him for her cancer. He was so accommodating and takes time with each patient. Thankyou Dr Fagan and staff.

I love this place! Dr. Heather Harrison and Liz are my people! They listen and they care! I feel heard and validated. They never make me feel like a question is ridiculous. I know that my wellbeing is their main concern and I feel like the only patient in the whole building. I get undivided attention and I leave feeling confident in my next steps!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Jonathan Shumway for several years now, and I truly can’t recommend him highly enough. He is an incredibly knowledgeable and thorough physician who takes the time to explain everything clearly and with genuine care. No matter the concern—big or small—he approaches each visit with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail that’s become increasingly rare in healthcare. One of the things I appreciate most is how accommodating he and his team are when it comes to scheduling. They always do their best to work around my availability, which makes managing my health so much easier. The staff are just as outstanding—friendly, efficient, and always welcoming. It’s clear that this is a well-run office where patient care is truly a priority. Whether it’s routine checkups or addressing more complex issues, I’ve always felt confident that I’m in excellent hands. Dr. Shumway is a doctor you can trust to listen, inform, and genuinely care about your well-being. I’m grateful to have him as my primary care provider.

I dont understand the poor reviews. Ive been a patient for 5 years. Obviously people click with some providers more than others, and some providers are better than others, but I’ve genuinely had good experiences with everyone I’ve worked with. I also appreciate that so many services are right there under the same roof.

This was my adult son's first surgery experience. Even though he didn't show it he was nervous and so was I. Especially after reading some of the reviews about this clinic. I am very happy to say everything from start to finish went very well. The ladies at the front desk were all very pleasant and helpful. My son's first nurse Darlene is very professional and efficient. Nurse Maci is very kind, patient, helpful and caring the entire time she took care of my son after surgery. Dr. Platt is a very good doctor and I appreciate him for taking the time to answer our questions. The facility is clean and comfortable too. Thank you everyone for helping to make this challenging experience bearable. Thank you for your hard work and dedication. Your support was invaluable.

Very kind and helpful staff :) Dr. Ryan Pulham the goat I do wish refills worked normally instead of needing to contact them like a week in advance (I have adhd and it’s hard to remember that) but they’re 10/10, the receptionists and assistants are kind.
